nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Provide L2/L3 production support for OpenText VIM.n
- Troubleshoot invoice processing, approval workflows, OCR, MIRO/FB60 posting issues.n
- Handle PO/Non-PO invoice exceptions and vendor invoice discrepancies.n
- Support minor enhancements, workflow changes, validation rules, and configuration updates.n
- Work with SAP FI/MM, ABAP, Basis, and business teams to resolve issues.n
- Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities.n
- Ensure SLA compliance, audit readiness, and process documentation.n
