nTeam Management & Oversight:

- Manage, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure optimal performance, effective workload distribution, and timely delivery of responsibilities.n
- Conduct regular team reviews and governance meetings to monitor operational priorities, track key deliverables, and escalate critical matters to management when required.n
- Act as a subject matter expert on complex credit arrangements, covenant frameworks, facility amendments, waivers, and exception handling.n
- Function as the key point of escalation for covenant-related, compliance, and facility management issues raised by internal stakeholders.n

nCovenant Administration & Risk Monitoring:

- n
- Lead the end-to-end monitoring and review of borrower covenant obligations, including both financial and non-financial requirements.n
- Ensure covenant breaches, exceptions, and emerging risks are assessed promptly, routed through appropriate approval channels, and escalated where necessary.n
- Oversee the preparation, validation,



and timely completion of Annual Credit Reviews, Monitoring Reports, and Trigger Reports, ensuring all follow-up actions are addressed.n
- Ensure covenant outcomes, action plans, and compliance status are accurately maintained within internal systems and management reporting tools.n

nPortfolio Management & Data Governance:

- Supervise the maintenance and accuracy of portfolio reporting, including price monitoring, credit balance tracking, and facility management reports.n
- Review borrower and obligor structures to ensure accurate registration of entities, related parties, and shareholder relationships within internal records.n
- Ensure all facility events, including recent bookings, repayments, refinancings, and amendments, are correctly reflected across relevant systems and databases.n
- Maintain high standards of data quality, documentation integrity, and audit readiness across the credit portfolio.
