- Denial and rejection analysisn
- Appeals, underpayments, and claim correctionsn
- Payer calls and portal follow-upsn
- EOB/ERA review and payment discrepancy resolutionn
- Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer follow-upn
- Reduce outstanding A/R and improve collectionsn

nRequired Skills:

- n
- 3–5 years of US Healthcare AR/RCM experiencen
- Strong knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-upn
- Understanding of CMS-1500, CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, EOB/ERA, and CARC/RARC codesn
- Strong communication and analytical skillsn
