nWe are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of visual design across YouTube, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, excellent understanding of digital content, and the ability to transform ideas, scripts, and briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement.
nKey Responsibilities

- Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails with a strong focus on CTR and audience engagement.n
- Create engaging social media posts, carousel designs, reel covers, and campaign creatives.n
- Develop creative visuals for branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns.n
- Translate scripts, concepts, and content ideas into compelling visual designs.n
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand communication.n




- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery.n
- Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.n
- Explore new design trends, formats, and visual approaches to improve content performance.n
- Deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.n
- Review and refine creatives based on feedback and performance insights.n

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.n
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.n
