Job DescriptionAbout the role Troopr Labs builds enterprise AI products trusted by companies like Netflix, Snowflake, Spotify, and 600+ enterprises worldwide. Our products help teams automate work with AI. As a Webflow Designer, you'll own how our brand shows up across our websites — building, maintaining, and scaling pages in Webflow while working closely with our product and marketing teams.
nWhat you will do

- Design, build, and maintain pages in Webflow across our product websites and landing pages.n
- Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections, interactions, and animations for marketing and product pages.n
- Create marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blog graphics, social media creatives, and digital ad assets.n
- Apply and extend our design system to ensure consistency across brand and web touchpoints.n
- Translate rough briefs into polished, production-ready web pages with minimal supervision.n




- Optimize pages for responsiveness, load speed, and basic on-page SEO.n
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support launches and campaigns.n

nWhat we are looking for

- n
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Webflow — you've built and shipped real, live websites in it, not just familiar with the tool. This is a must-have.n
- A portfolio showing shipped Webflow projects (live links preferred, not just mockups).n
- Comfortable designing in Figma.n
- A valuable eye for visual design, typography, and brand consistency.n
- Ships work, then improves it. Speed matters here.n

nNice to have
nBasic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for custom Webflow interactions).
nExperience with B2B or SaaS brands.
