Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Tech Lead who can own technical direction while mentoring a team of engineers. You'll balance hands-on coding with architecture decisions, code reviews, and cross functional collaboration with product and design.
nEducation
n- B.Tech/B.E. (or M.Tech) in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier institute — BITS Pilani, IITs, IIITs or NITs strongly preferred.
nExperience & Skills
n
- n
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience, with proven ownership of significant systems end to-end.n
- Full-stack development is a must — end-to-end development experience including quality aspects like unit testing, e2e testing, performance and load testing.n
- Expertise in AI-assisted coding, debugging, and reviewing, following spec-driven engineering practices.n
- 2+ years in a tech lead / engineering manager capacity — leading a team of 3–8 engineers.n
- Robust fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.n
- Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies — backend (Node.js/Java/Python), frontend (React/Angular),



databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).n
- Experience owning architecture decisions and driving them through to production.n
- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team practices (code quality, CI/CD, testing).n
- Comfortable working directly with product managers to translate requirements into technical plans.n
- Strong business acumen — able to understand product goals, customer impact, and business tradeoffs, not just technical correctness; translates business priorities into technical decisions and vice versa.n
