- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.n
- Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US) Modulen
- Hands on experience with creating Quick Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.n
- Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.n
- Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.n
