nEssential/ Key Responsibilities-

- Develop, maintain and control L1-L5 project schedules using Primavera P6n
- Prepare and manage resource-loaded and cost-loaded programmes.n
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations and analyze reasons for slippagesn

n*Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to bring projects back on track.

- n
- Conduct schedule risk assessment and delay analysisn
- Coordinate with site, contracts, procurement and commercial teams for schedule alignment.n
- Support PMO reporting with accurate forecasts and planning inputsn




- Regularly visit project sites to validate progress and constraintsn

- Update schedules based on site progress and approved changesn
- Validate physical progress against planned activitiesn
- Prepare recovery programmes and track implementation.n
- Facilitate look-ahead planning and short-interval control.n
- Support training and mentoring of site teams on planning tools and processesn
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports and dashboardsn
- Maintain schedule documentation, baselines and change records.n
