nWe are looking for a skilled and proven qualified with 10+ years of experience to join our Global Client Implementation team and lead Back Office Accounting & Custody client conversion initiatives.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of onboarding plans and client conversion activities across Accounting, Custody and Insurancen
- Provide SME expertise across MCH, Geneva and eHorizon, with focus on accounting and complex investment servicingn
- Manage complex fund structures and investment typesn
- Oversee custody operations including trade processing, settlement, asset servicing, reconciliation and cash processingn
- Demonstrate strong understanding of SSI and SWIFT messages/communicationsn
- Identify processing methodology differences, assess impacts and ensure alignment between client and internal teamsn




- Research and resolve operational discrepancies and issuesn
- Partner with COEs, processing teams, Client Service and other business units to ensure seamless conversionsn
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and provide appropriate mitigation solutionsn
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvementsn
- Ensure operational readiness for BAU before and after conversionn
- Lead and mentor team members, provide training and support cross-functional collaborationn
- Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the conversion lifecyclen

nWhat We're Looking For
n10+ years of experience in Financial Services
nStrong experience in Global Custody Operations, Fund Accounting, Investment Manager Servicing or Client Implementation
nKnowledge of Transaction Management, Capital Markets, Back Office Accounting, Custody & Reconciliation
nExperience with MCH, Geneva and/or eHo
