nWe are looking for a strategic, industry-connected and execution-oriented leader to head the Career Services & Placements function and build a scalable ecosystem focused on learner employability, employer partnerships and measurable career outcomes.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall Career Services & Placement strategyn
- Build and strengthen relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, corporates, staffing firms and industry associationsn
- Expand the employer ecosystem across Management, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Healthcare and emerging sectorsn
- Drive career readiness through career coaching, resume reviews, interview preparation, aptitude training and communication programmesn
- Own the end-to-end placement lifecycle including learner profiling, employer matching, interviews, offers, onboarding and post-placement trackingn
- Plan and execute placement drives, virtual hiring events, career fairs and employer engagement programmesn




- Build scalable placement processes using technology, automation, dashboards and analyticsn
- Collaborate with Academic, Product, Marketing, Technology and Learner Experience teamsn
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across Corporate Outreach, Career Services, Student Engagement and Placement Operationsn

nWhat We're Looking For
n12–15 years of experience in Career Services, Placements, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition or HR
n7–9 years of experience leading Placement / Career Services teams
nProven success in building employer partnerships and placement outcomes at scale
nExperience in Higher Education, Universities, EdTech or Workforce Development preferred
nStrong network with recruiters, CHROs and senior HR stakeholders
nExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
nStrong analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, MIS and data-driv
