Job DescriptionRole Overview:
nThe role will involve partnering with business teams and HRBPs to identify capability
nrequirements, design and execute learning interventions, manage digital learning and
nLMS initiatives, and track learning effectiveness through data and insights.
nKey Responsibilities
nPartner with business teams and HRBPs to identify learning and capability
ngaps and translate them into appropriate interventions.
nDesign and execute role-based learning journeys aligned with business and
nfunctional requirements.
nManage induction and onboarding learning programs for current employees.
nDesign and coordinate behavioural, functional, product, process and leadership
ndevelopment interventions.
nCreate blended learning solutions using classroom, virtual, digital and
nexperiential learning methodologies.
nContinuously identify opportunities to improve learning experience and program
neffectiveness. End-to-End Learning Program Management
nOwn learning initiatives from requirement gathering and design through
nexecution, evaluation and reporting.
nManage program content, communication, participant coordination, logistics,
nfaculty, vendors and post-program activities.
nWork with internal subject matter experts and external facilitators to develop and
ndeliver relevant learning solutions.
nEnsure timely execution and high-quality learner experience across programs.
nDevelop learner communication and engagement initiatives to improve
nparticipation and completion.
nLMS & Digital Learning
nSupport and manage LMS governance, including content management, learner
nadministration, reporting and data accuracy.
nCurate relevant digital learning content based on role and capability
nrequirements.
nDrive adoption and engagement of digital learning platforms across employees.
nDevelop and manage digital learning journeys, microlearning and other
ntechnology-enabled learning interventions.
