The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, complete address verification, customer availability confirmation, and return request management . The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills , a professional telephone manner, and prior experience in outbound calling, telecalling, customer support, order confirmation, or a similar customer-facing role . Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation . Verify the customer's complete delivery address, contact details, and other required information . Confirm the customer's availability and willingness to receive the order . Handle and coordinate customer return requests as per company policies.



Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or assistance. Follow up with customers to complete order confirmation or return-related processes . Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, order confirmations, and return requests . Escalate customer issues, exceptions, or concerns to the relevant team. Meet daily calling, productivity, and quality targets . Handle a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining call quality. Ensure every customer interaction is professional, polite, and courteous . Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, customer support, order confirmation, or a similar role. Good English-speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
