nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Design, deploy, and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure across enterprise/data center environmentsn
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP (as applicable)n
- Manage switching technologies: VLANs, STP/RSTP/MST, LACP, trunkingn
- Handle advanced troubleshooting for network outages, latency, packet loss, and asymmetric routing issuesn
- Implement and support high availability and redundancy solutions (HSRP, VRRP, MLAG, VSX, VSS)n
- Work closely with firewall and security teams (FortiGate, Check Point, F5 preferred)n
- Perform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimizationn
- Support WAN, MPLS, Internet, and VPN connectivityn
- Manage and troubleshoot load balancers (F5 LTM preferred)n




- Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and root cause analysis (RCA)n
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPsn
- Provide L3/L4 escalation support and mentor L1/L2 engineersn
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standardsn

nTechnical Skills:
n
- n
- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP, DNS, DHCPn
- Routing: OSPF, BGP (route filtering, redistribution, path selection)n
- Switching: VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, MAC learningn
- Network troubleshooting using packet capture and CLI toolsn
- Experience with Cisco, Dell switches/routersn
- High availability protocols: HSRP / VRRPn

nQualifications:
n• B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (ECE/EEE/CS/IT) with 3+ years of relevant experience in Network Routing and Switching and a valid CCNA or higher certification.
