Role Overview

As a Senior UX Designer at HireWeGo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our users. Your expertise will help drive the design strategy and ensure that our products are both functional and delightful to use.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a user-centered approach.
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows,



process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
* Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
* Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Required Skills

* Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer or similar role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
* Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
* Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
