Job Description: Mainframe Developer with IBM MQ / Integration Specialist

Position: Mainframe Developer with IBM MQ Experience: 8+ Years (Preferred) Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe skilled with strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and enterprise messaging technologies. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of Mainframe application development, database management, and integration solutions involving IBM MQ, Q Replication (QREP), and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.

· Perform analysis, development, maintenance, and performance tuning of DB2 databases and applications.

· Work on IBM MQ messaging solutions and troubleshoot message flow issues.

· Support and manage Q Replication (QREP) solutions for data replication and integration.





· Design and implement data movement solutions from QREP to MQ and other integration platforms.

· Review application architecture and recommend performance and scalability improvements.

· Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Mainframe and integration technologies.
