- Manage VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)n
- Provision and manage virtual machinesn
- Monitor performance and resource utilizationn
- Manage HA, DRS, vMotionn
- Perform migrations, snapshots, cloningn
- Troubleshoot VMware issuesn
- Patch and upgrade infrastructuren
- Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022n
- Administer Active Directory,



DNS, DHCP, GPOn
- Handle patching and security updatesn
- Monitor server performancen
- Troubleshoot OS issuesn
- Provide L2/L3 supportn
- Handle incidents and escalationsn
- Perform RCAn
- Ensure SLA compliancen
- Manage backup tools (Veeam, Commvault)n
- Perform restores and DR drillsn
