nThe Role: Client Growth Lead (Account Director Level)
nWe're looking for high-performing agency professionals who understand how FMCG brands grow—and can translate that into business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
nThis is not a traditional servicing role. This is for someone who can own accounts like a business, identify growth levers, and convert them into revenue.
nWhat You'll Be Responsible For:

- Find, open and grow a set of FMCG/OTC client accountsn
- Identify white spaces,



current opportunities, and revenue streamsn
- Drive new business from closed FMCG/OTC clients (80%) and incremental business from existing clients (20%)n
- Build strategic POVs on how our solutions can solve brand challengesn
