- Should have strong proficiency in English – both written and oral.n
- Should possess excellent knowledge of Assurance.n
- Should possess excellent knowledge of accounting standards, including and specifically Ind AS.n
- Should have strong proficiency of using excel and spreadsheets.n
- Should have excellent report writing skills including compiling presentations, memos and relevantn

ndocuments.
n• Have expert knowledge and understanding of concepts around accounting and Assurance,
nincluding solid familiarity with financial statements.
n• Have experience of working on site and performing Assurance, including client and team
nmanagement experience.

- Have experience of reviewing financial statements,



compiling Assurance reports, etcn
- Have knowledge and experience of ensuring excellent quality Assurance documentation,n

nAssurance work papers, etc.
n• The role is for Bangalore location and is fully on site, and the expectation will be to primarily
nand substantially work at client locations /client offices basis nature of engagements and
nrespective engagement and client requirements.
nRoles & Responsibilities:
n• Performing testing procedures including substantive and controls testing, vouching, verification,
netc.

- Provide necessary support to the team manager on Assurance engagement formalitiesn
- Handle areas and work allocated including testing and relevant Assurance proceduresn
- Prepare Assurance work papers and ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures andn

nalso regulatory requirements.

- Manage and supervise junior team members including article staff.n
