- Administer and support SAP landscapes comprising SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager,n
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning.n
- Execute SAP kernel upgrades, SPS updates, and other maintenance activities.n
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects.n
- Perform system refreshes, client copies, and transport management activities.n
- Monitor and manage SAP HANA databases, including backup, recovery, and performance optimization.n
- Troubleshoot SAP application, database, and infrastructure-related issues.n
- Collaborate with SAP, cloud service providers (Azure/AWS/GCP), and internal stakeholders for incident resolution.n
