nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an AR/AP associate to support day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations. The role will involve invoice processing, accounting documentation, reconciliation, customer/vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records.
nKey Responsibilities

- Support Accounts Receivable activities including invoice preparation, order processing, and customer account updates.n
- Assist with customer payment follow-ups and collection-related activities.n
- Support reconciliation of customer accounts and identification of outstanding items.n
- Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and customer queries.n
- Support Accounts Payable invoice processing and verification.n
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices,



payment status, and discrepancies.n
- Assist in checking Purchase Orders, invoices, and supporting documents.n
- Maintain vendor and customer records and support master-data updates.n
- Assist with invoice approvals and processing through the designated system.n
- Maintain accurate finance records and documentation.n
- Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.n
- Perform other finance and accounting support activities as assigned.n

nQualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.n
- 2–3 years of experience in finance/accounts operations preferred.n
- Basic knowledge of AR/AP processes and accounting principles.n
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.n
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.n
- Good communication and coordination skills.n
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external custo
