Job DescriptionRole Summary:
nWe are seeking an experienced Linux Trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, develop, and deliver high-impact technical training programs for enterprise customers and internal teams. The candidate should possess solid hands-on expertise in Linux administration, troubleshooting, automation, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT operations. The role requires a blend of technical depth, instructional capability, curriculum development skills, and real-world industry experience to mentor professionals across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
nKey Responsibilities
n(i) Technical Training Delivery
nDeliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab training sessions.
nConduct Linux administration, troubleshooting, automation, and enterprise operations training.
nProvide real-world scenarios, use cases, and case studies during training programs.
nAssess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, labs, and projects.
nFacilitate technical workshops, boot camps, and certification preparation programs.

Content & Curriculum Development
nDesign and update Linux training curricula aligned with industry requirements.
nDevelop lab manuals, learner guides, PPTs, assignments, assessments, and project templates.
n(iii) SME Responsibilities
nAct as the Linux practice SME for internal and customer engagements.
nProvide technical consultation during capability-building initiatives.
nSupport pre-sales discussions by reviewing curriculum and lab requirements.
nEvaluate technical assessments and provide skill-gap analysis reports.
nStay updated on Linux ecosystem advancements and industry best practices.
