nJob Description
n Create immersive/ compelling educational experiences for the audience
n Assess learner progress and align the content with their needs
n Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning
n Provide interactive activities and educational resources
n Maintain projects and organize course documents
n Collaborate with subject matter experts' verification of the pedagogy and curriculum components to achieve learning outcomes.
nKey Responsibilities:
n Using instructional design strategies to create online learning material
n Analyzing and chunking existing raw content for creating learning material
n Visualizing screens and animations for online learning
n Creating storyboards for online learning
n Following writing style guides for creating grammatically correct and easy-to-understand online content for learning
n Revisit and assess learning objectives
n Research and implement current technologies into instruction
n Distribute key learning materials to the audience
n Evaluate existing instructional content and keep up to date
n Develop a cohesive, relevant curriculum by partnering with organization leaders
n Manage student roster and track ongoing progress
n Using MS Word ®, Excel ® and PowerPoint
nScope of work:
n Designing training framework in accordance with the stakeholder competencies
n Developing interactive storyboards and e-learning content
n Develop induction modules for all stakeholders
n Design assessments to assess the learning curve
n Manage the LMS for course assignment and learner analytics
