nRole Overview
nThe SOX Manager assists the leadership in defining the control objectives and monitoring
ncompliance efforts. The SOX Manager act as the L2 and will review test findings within the
nInternal/External Audit Team, facilitate the remediation of control gaps, and escalate possible
ncritical issues to the senior management of the company.
nThe SOX Manager also identifies areas of potential improvement for key processes and
nprocedures and supports the management of the related processes and procedures. He is
nresponsible for working with different business owners on implementation, execution and
ncompliance with entity level controls.
nProfile Description
n• The SOX manager is responsible for working with different business owners on implementation,
nexecution and compliance with entity level controls.
n• The SOX Manager being the L2 evaluates the review and analyzes data pertaining to information
nsystems functions
n• Coordinate with the Company Financial Control Risk (FCR) Director and Managers to assign SOX




nControls Testing work to Supplier resources.

- Provide periodic updates to the Company FCR Director and Managers on progress of test workn

n• Ensure L1 Reviews are performed by Supplier for all test work papers assigned to Supplier and
nsubmit work papers to L2 Review to be performed by the Company.

- Attend Project Governance meetings and provide updates to the Company as required onn
