nWhat you'll do:

- Drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teamsn
- Analyze rider supply-demand, operational performance, costs, and key KPIsn
- Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance scorecardsn
- Identify operational gaps and drive data-backed solutionsn
- Lead process improvement, automation, incentive optimization, and operational excellence initiativesn
- Manage pilots from execution to impact assessment and scale-upn
- Build SOPs, frameworks, and governance mechanismsn




- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadershipn

nWhat we're looking for:

- n
- 4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Supply, or Rider/Driver Sourcingn
- Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, or Marketplace preferredn
- Advanced Excel mandatoryn
- SQL preferredn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsn
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and pilotsn
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, ambiguous environmentn
