nWe are looking for an agile Intern - Speaker Relations & Events to lead CXO engagement and end-to-end execution for our conferences, roundtables, and roadshows. You will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber tech speakers (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs), managing their briefing and onboarding, and ensuring flawless on-ground event delivery. This fast-paced role demands dynamic stakeholder management, robust multitasking, and high-pressure operational execution.

- Speaker Acquisition & Briefing: Identify, invite, and secure senior tech leaders for panels, keynotes, and roundtables; oversee complete briefing processes.n
- End-to-End Event Management: Plan, coordinate,



and execute executive roundtables and roadshows from initial concept to on-ground delivery.n
- Community Relations: Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with event speakers and executive network alumni.n
- Execution & Operations: Manage live event logistics, swiftly navigate last-minute agenda/speaker changes, and maintain real-time outreach trackers under tight deadlines.n
