nRole Description
nAs an Associate Fitness Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales,



member experience and smooth operations of one of our centres.
nYou will be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in converting enquiries into memberships through genuine conversations, exceptional customer service and consistent follow-ups. Beyond sales, you'll help create an environment where members feel welcomed, valued and motivated to keep coming back.
nThis is a highly people-oriented role that requires confidence, communication skills and the ability to take ownership. Every day is different—you'll be interacting with new enquiries, supporting existing members, coordinating with coaches and ensuring the centre runs efficiently.
