Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly driven Lead - Accounts Receivable professional to own and strengthen our AR function end-to-end. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about collections, process improvement, team mentoring, and driving operational excellence in a global finance workplace.
nKey Responsibilities:
nOwn Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, aging analysis, and reporting
nDrive AR performance metrics such as DSO, CEI, Invoice Accuracy, and Dispute Resolution Rates
nLead collections strategy and reduce outstanding receivables through structured follow-ups and escalations
nMentor and develop team members while establishing accountability and best practices
nIdentify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives
nPartner with Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders globally
nSupport month-end and year-end close activities




nWhat We're Looking For:

- n
- 7-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collectionsn
- Strong experience managing AR KPIs including DSO and CEIn
- Proven track record in process optimization and automation initiativesn
- Experience working with US clients, US-based organizations, or multinational environments (Mandatory)n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsn
- Experience leading or mentoring team membersn
- Understanding of revenue recognition and accounting fundamentalsn

nPreferred:
nQuickBooks experience
nERP systems exposure (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
nExperience in IT Services, SaaS, Managed Services, or recurring billing environments
