nWe are looking for a Lead Technical Consultant at MRF to drive sustenance and continuous enhancement of our live o9 Integrated Supply Chain platform. This is a post-implementation, run-and-improve role — you will own the platform ensuring stable platform uptime & keeps delivering value across Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Procurement
nKey Responsibilities
nLeadership & Platform Sustenance
n
- n
- Own end-to-end sustenance of the o9 platform across Demand, Procurement, and Supply Planning modules.n
- Lead the team on break fix /incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance; drive governance, SLAs, and monitoring.n

nEnhancement & Continuous Improvement
n
- n
- Gather, prioritize, and deliver enhancement requests — configuration changes, current workflows, and model improvements.n
- Improve/Optimize planning logic,



workflows and reports & dashboards to strengthen adoption and value extraction in conjunction with Business & Excellence Teamsn

nTechnical & Functional Ownership
n
- n
- Write and manage IBPL scripts, calculated measures, business rules, and solver configurations; Troubleshoot solver issues and platform issues.n
- Build /Oversee o9– SAP/other digital solutions integration for technical performance, security, and batch orchestration..n

nWhat we are looking for
n
- n
- 8-12 years of Strong hands-on expertise in o9 Modeler, Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG), data model, workflows, IBPL scripting and solver configuration.n
- Working knowledge of SQL/Python; experience integrating o9 with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and batch optimizationsn
- Experience in one of the modules amongst Demand , Supply and Procurement and willingness to learn and manage the othersn
