nAbout the Role
nGurukul The School is looking for a dynamic, polished, highly observant and technology-driven professional for the position of Manager – PRO, Communication & Parent Relations.
nThe role will serve as the first-level institutional interface for parents, visitors, prospective parents, candidates, vendors and other stakeholders, across in-person, telephone and digital communication.




nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the K–12 education system and school operations, enabling them to understand and respond intelligently to a wide range of day-to-day queries. The person should be a fast learner who can quickly understand the processes, people and working culture of the school and effectively coordinate with the relevant authorities when a query requires further intervention.
nThe role also involves managing the Visitor Management Module, parent query tracking and follow-up, school calendar coordination, admissions and recruitment-related first-level interactions, vendor interface and technology-enabled communication processes.
nWe are looking for someone who can understand the query, identify the right solution, coordinate internally, follow through and ensure closure—rather than simply receiving and forwarding messages.
