nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing team at RockED.
nThis role is ideal for someone with a practical experience in core accounting, with exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and day-to-day finance operations.




nWe don't expect you to know everything from Day 1. What matters is having solid accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, a sense of ownership and the willingness to learn and grow as the organization scales.

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entriesn
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, vendor accounting, payment processing and reconciliationsn
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, receipt accounting, customer reconciliations and payment follow-upsn
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliationsn
- Support monthly book closure and preparation of accounting schedulesn
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for financial transactionsn
- Support GST, TDS, Professional Tax and other statutory compliance activitiesn
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants and provide required do
