nKey Responsibilities

- Evaluate new features and enhancementsn
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, discuss and implement any feature enhancements needed to meet business requirementsn
- Support the ongoing maintenance of Workday, applying best practicesn
- Design configure and optimize Workday solutions, including business processes, workflows, calculated fields, role assignmentsn
- Maintain system security and integrityn
- Deliver high quality support to our end users and troubleshoot to resolve system issuesn
- Complete functional testing and resolve any known issues to ensure business continuityn
- Contribute to the Workday Community and user groupsn




- Generate standard and custom reports and dashboardsn

nCore Requirements:

- n
- 2+ years of experience with Workday in an administrative rolen
- Strong Knowledge of HCM processes and Securityn
- Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshootingn
- Previous experience configuring business processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties within Workday.n
- Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and part of a teamn
- Strong analytical skillsn
- Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, and end users.n
- Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts.n
- Previous experience participating in Workday discovery and design sessions would be an assetn
