nSN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
n1 Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.
n2 Monitor service health and resolve issues across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 apps.
n3 Provide L2 support for end-user issues related to Microsoft 365.
n4 Manage licensing,



user provisioning, shared mailbox and Distribution List via Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Conditional Access.
n5 Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
n6 Stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap and recommend improvements or current features.
n7 Manage compliance and governance features such as retention policies, eDiscovery, and audit logs.
n8 Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper access and data handling.
n9 Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 features, aligning with business needs and security standards.
n10 Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests.
