- Lead and deliver SAP Variant Configuration (VC/AVC) solutions across end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects.n
- Design, configure, and maintain characteristics, classes, dependencies, configurable materials, BOMs, routings, and pricing integration.n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide scalable configuration solutions aligned with business processes.n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including SD, PP, MM, and PLM to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.n

- 6 to 12 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (VC)



and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.n
- Proven experience in configuration modeling, object dependencies, super BOMs, super routings, and integration with SD, PP, and MM processes.n
- Robust understanding of manufacturing and engineer-to-order (ETO), configure-to-order (CTO), or make-to-order (MTO) business scenarios.n
- Excellent analytical, client-facing, and communication skills with the ability to drive workshops, solution design discussions, and user acceptance testing.n

nPreferred Skills:

- n
- Experience with SAP Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) in S/4HANA.n
- Exposure to SAP CPQ, PLM, or Product Configuration processes.n
- Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and SAP Activate framework.n
- Experience in global implementation and rollout projects.n
