nLocation: Hyderabad / Delhi
nWork Days: 5 days/week
nCTC: Flexible / Negotiable, based on experience
nExperience: 3 - 15 years

nTHE ROLE
nWe're looking for someone who can open doors with government bodies, PSUs, EPC contractors, and defense agencies, and turn relationships into a strong, sustainable order book.



You'll own the full business development cycle — from market mapping to tender wins to long-term account growth — across infrastructure and defense-linked projects.
nWHAT YOU'LL DO

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and government/defense sectorsn
- Build and manage relationships with key government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants, and defense agenciesn
- Lead end-to-end tender and bid management - opportunity identification, pre-qualification, proposal development, and submissionn
- Track and respond to RFPs/RFQs and government e-procurement/tender portals (e.g. GeM, CPPP)n
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, working closely with engineering, estimation, and project delivery teamsn
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot emerging opportunities and inform growth strategyn
- Represent Ginfra at industry event
