Role Overview
You will be the voice, host, and architect of the Vibecoderz community. From Discord to global hackathons, you’ll create spaces where developers not only learn — they vibe.
This isn’t about managing a forum. It’s about building a living culture where 100K+ developers feel at home, engage daily, and evolve into Vibecoderz evangelists. You’ll run events, spotlight creators, listen deeply to feedback, and transform casual users into long-term influencers of our brand.
You’ll work side by side with the CMO (growth engine) and PM/CTO (product feedback loops) to ensure the community is the pulse of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Discord Leadership
- Own Vibecoderz’ Discord HQ as the primary engagement hub.
- Set up channels, moderation guidelines, and rituals that keep conversations vibrant.
- Scale Discord to 10K+ members with active participation.
- Community Engagement & Rituals
- Design and run recurring activities: AMAs, Byte Course challenges, leaderboard competitions, study groups.
- Identify and nurture power users into community leaders/moderators.




- Content & Storytelling
- Collaborate with content and design teams to publish community-driven stories, spotlights, tutorials.
- Run “Wall of Vibe” and showcase the best user-created artifacts and mini-apps.
- Events & Experiences
- Organize virtual and hybrid events: hackathons, webinars, coding nights, workshops.
- Partner with influencers, VPs of Engineering, and researchers for broadcasts.
- Feedback Loops
- Listen to the community through Discord, social, and surveys.
- Synthesize feedback into Notion reports for PM/CTO.
- Drive closed-loop communication: users see their input shaping the product.
- User Advocacy & Influencers
- Identify and onboard Vibecoderz champions (student leaders, indie devs, content creators).
- Build an Influencer Program that rewards advocacy (exclusive access, swag, recognition).
