Take ownership of a new international money movement product from 0→1, guiding it from early execution through commercialisation and long-term scale. You will shape product strategy, define the roadmap, and translate market needs into scalable solutions. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, commercial, compliance, legal, fraud, and customer-facing teams. You will have significant autonomy and influence in a quick-paced, AI-first environment where lean teams move quickly. Your expertise in international payments and remittance will directly inform product decisions, customer experiences, and growth opportunities. Accountabilities:
As Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from market discovery and strategy through launch, optimisation,



and scale, while ensuring robust alignment across technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities across international payments and remittance.
- Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, defining features, milestones, priorities, and timelines.
- Analyse product and market data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and improve product performance.
- Partner closely with engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud, commercial, and client-facing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and prioritise features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and commercial opportunities.
