Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Senior Marketing Leader to lead the organization's overall marketing strategy, brand growth, demand generation, customer acquisition, and market positioning.

The role will be responsible for building and scaling the marketing function across Brand, Digital, Performance Marketing, Communications, CRM, Customer Insights, and Growth, while working closely with senior leadership to drive measurable business impact, revenue growth, and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Build, lead, and scale the marketing function across brand, digital, performance, communications, CRM, and growth.
Partner closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, and Business teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Establish marketing KPIs, budgets, processes, and performance frameworks.

2. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

Develop and strengthen brand architecture, positioning,



messaging, and value proposition across target segments.
Ensure consistent brand communication across ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground channels.
Lead corporate communications, PR, media relations, and reputation management.
Drive initiatives to improve brand awareness, preference, and customer engagement.

3. Demand Generation & Growth

Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution in partnership with Sales.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, performance marketing, content, events, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
Track and optimize key metrics including CAC, conversion rate, ROI, reach, engagement, and marketing contribution to revenue.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

Lead digital marketing across paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, marketing automation, and CRM.
