About the Company:
eCAPS Computers India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of IT and security solutions across India. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic, self-motivated professionals to drive business growth through channel partnerships and direct sales.
1. Channel Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and resellers in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive sales.
- Promote company products and solutions through the partner network.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through channel engagement.
- Conduct partner meetings, product demos, and training sessions.
- Track partner performance and provide regular sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order processing.

2. Inside Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and promote relevant solutions.




- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database of prospects and customers.
- Support pre-sales activities like sending quotations, follow-ups, and order coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications & Skills (for both roles):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (IT or tech sales preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
