Role Purpose Statement
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Contract Management/ Order Management/ Supply Chain & Reporting, global trade execution, and the ability to design, develop, and implement technology solutions to optimize these processes. This role involves managing and providing strategic direction to a team of techno-functional resources, with an emphasis on leadership and strategic decision-making.

Main Accountabilities
Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of resources across contract, order, and supply chain operations.
Set transparent goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members. Drive a culture of accountability,



continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts: creation, modification, roll-over, and closure. Ensure contract compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with legal, trading, and commercial teams to resolve contract-related issues.
Order Management: Supervise order intake, validation, and processing to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics, credit, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies.Monitor order trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Supply Chain Execution: Align supply chain operations with contract and order commitments. Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize supply chain performance.
