Purpose of the Job

Be the owner of all Warehouse Management System related topics for China and India DCs. Full understanding of all warehouses physical flows in order to keep them reflected in the most lean and correct way in the system. Manage and lead all WMS related projects for APAC.
Manage and drive implementation and enhancement of the existing Warehouse system environment. Stay ahead of the game with participating in external trainings, fairs, etc. in order to understand recent solutions and their potential to existing Warehouse Management System.




Be the owner of all documentation of warehouse flows and processes and their implementation in the system.
Onboard during project phase of new strategic location and play key role in the warehousing part of this project.
Support on occasional basis on warehouse layout drawing (e.g. autocad or warehouse specific flow software).

Main tasks
- Lead, manage and support implementation of WMS and operations in India DC within project.
- Participate in blueprint creation and implementation of SAP EWM (WMS) for new warehouse location in India.
- Analyze, define and document processes.
- Monitor towards implementation.
- Key User.
- Lead warehouse work package for system implementation projects.
- Business process analyst.
- Full understanding of all physical operational flows in the global warehouses (India & China) as well as how they are reflected in WMS and ERP system.
