The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise GCP platform architecture, including networking, identity, security, and shared services
- Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform and GCP-native tooling
- Develop and maintain automation using Ansible and scripting languages
- Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for GCP platform and infrastructure deployments
- Implement and manage GCP governance using Organizations, Folders, Projects, IAM, and Organization Policies




- Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to integrate compliance, identity, and security controls
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to platform and DevOps engineers
- Enable application teams through reusable modules, templates, and self-service platform capabilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve GCP platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency

Who You Are
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Terraform for GCP infrastructure provisioning
- Proven experience with Ansible Automation or equivalent configuration management tools
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and platform engineering practices
- Advanced knowledge of GCP core services (VPC, Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell,
