Job Title: SAP Partner Demo Solutions Support – Support Associate / Consultant

Role Summary:
Support SAP partners globally in configuring and managing demo/test environments (Ariba, BTP, Fieldglass, etc.). Assist with adoption, integration, troubleshooting, and innovation of SAP solutions to enable partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision, configure, and support partner demo/test tenants (e.g., Ariba, BTP)
- Guide partners through solution adoption, integration, and innovation
- Collaborate with SAP internal teams and ecosystem partners
- Resolve tenant issues, investigate root causes, and document best practices
- Standardize configurations and optimize lead times
- Enable demo setup based on partner business cases
- Publish knowledge articles to reduce repetitive issues

Focus Areas:




- SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain Collaboration)
- SAP Cloud Integration, BTP, and Cloud Lifecycle Management
- Integration with S/4HANA and 3rd-party systems

Required Skills & Experience:
- SAP Ariba upstream/downstream integration with S/4HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway
- Good knowledge of MM/ABAP/Basis, SLP, product sourcing
- Exposure to SAP SRM, SAP MM, BTP, Integration Suite, APIs
- Advantageous: Experience with Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP
- Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer/partner-facing roles and production support
- Quick learner, team player, and proactive mindset
