Role Purpose

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial business development leader to drive the expansion of Coats Composites into new markets, applications, and growth segments across India. As Business Development Associate Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities, building high-value customer partnerships, and translating market potential into sustainable revenue streams. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in accelerating business growth, contributing approximately $2 million in sales,



and strengthening Coats' presence across both established and emerging markets.
