Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Designer who can take ownership of our visual communication across packaging, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
This role requires a balance of creative vision, robust execution, and speed, with the ability to work across both print and digital formats. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across customer touchpoints — from product packaging to performance creatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, website, and marketing campaigns
- Create innovative packaging designs that enhance product appeal and shelf presence
- Design catalogs, brochures, and print materials aligned with brand identity
- Ensure consistency across all visual communication touchpoints
- Manage multiple design requirements with quick turnaround times
- Contribute to evolving and strengthening the brand identity and visual language
- Translate marketing and product goals into compelling visual storytelling
- Create designs that balance aesthetics with performance (engagement & conversions)




- Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Photoshop AI, RunwayML)
- Develop templates, workflows, or assets to improve speed and efficiency
- Experiment with new formats and creative approaches
- Deliver print-ready files with correct specifications and color profiles
- Coordinate with vendors for packaging and print production when required
- Ensure output quality across both digital and print formats
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams
- Collaborate with external freelancers or agencies when required
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in brand/design roles (startup or agency preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, social media creatives, and branding work
- Experience working on D2C or consumer brands is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator
