Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing across complex enterprise-grade business software platforms.
- Analyze and validate application functionality, integrations, and edge-case scenarios.
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot complex integration issues and functional defects.
- Validate backend application data and logging using SQL queries.
- Execute testing activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Manage test cases, execution, defects, and test results using Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Track and report defect metrics, quality checkpoints, and overall testing status.




- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to support timely defect resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of pure functional software QA/testing experience.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong SQL skills, including SELECT statements, JOINs, and filters, for backend data validation.
- Working experience with Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills for identifying root causes of functional and integration issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present quality metrics and testing status to engineering stakeholders.
