nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation across our product portfolio spanning hardware devices and companion software.
nThis is a Full-Time | Onsite opportunity for someone who can work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Support, and UX/UI teams and translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, user-friendly documentation.

nKey Responsibilities

- Create and maintain hardware documentation including installation guides, wiring diagrams, hardware specifications, quick-start guides, and service manuals.n
- Develop software documentation including user guides, administrator guides, release notes, API/SDK references, and in-product help.n
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Support teams to gather and validate technical information.n
- Translate complex hardware, firmware,



and software behavior into documentation for end users, installers/technicians, and developers.n
- Create and maintain technical diagrams, schematics, screenshots, and illustrations.n
- Establish documentation standards, templates, style guides, and content-reuse practices.n
- Maintain documentation across hardware revisions, firmware updates, and software releases.n
- Conduct hands-on testing of hardware devices and software applications to validate documented procedures and specifications.n
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects product interfaces and workflows.n
- Manage multiple documentation projects across overlapping product release schedules.n
- Prepare documentation for localization and international product releases.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n5+ years of skilled Technical Writing experience
nExperience documenting both hardware and software products
