nKey Responsibilities
nSales Strategy & Business Growth

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets in the Indian market.n
- Expand business across projects, distributors, dealers, fabricators, and architects.n
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to capture emerging opportunities.n

nCustomer & Channel Management
n
- n
- Build solid, long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.n
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors/dealers across regions.n
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through service excellence and timely support.n

nBusiness Development
n
- n
- Drive penetration into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.n
- Develop new customer accounts and strengthen presence with existing clients.n




- Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities, events, and product launches.n

nSales Operations & Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and monitor the domestic sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.n
- Track region-wise performance, collections, and profitability.n
- Ensure smooth coordination with production and supply chain for timely delivery.n

nReporting & MIS

- n
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.n
- Prepare regional and national sales performance reviews.n
- Ensure compliance with pricing, commercial, and company policies.n

nSkills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of the Quartz / Building Materials domestic market.n
- Excellent negotiation, client handling, and dealer management skills.n
- Ability to lead sales teams and deliver results under pressure.n
