- 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors HCMn
- SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in Recruitment Management, recruitment marketingn
- Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Recruitment management, career site developments (recruitment marketing)n
- Valuable Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc..n
- Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are metn
- Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalationn
- Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)n
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and writtenn
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Exceln
