nJob Purpose:
nThe MIS Head is responsible for managing the organization's management information systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and business insights to support management decision-making across projects, sales, finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
nKey Roles & Responsibilities
n1. MIS & Management Reporting
n
- n
- Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.n
- Prepare management dashboards and performance reports for senior management.n
- Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent data reporting across departments.n
- Consolidate data from multiple projects, departments, and business units.n

n2. Real Estate Project MIS

- n
- Monitor project-wise progress, cost, revenue, CRM and collections.n
- Prepare project-wise status reports for management review.n
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.n




- Monitor construction progress against planned schedules.n
- Prepare project performance dashboards and exception reports.n

n3. Sales & CRM MIS

- Track lead generation, site visits, bookings, cancellations, and conversions.n
- Prepare sales executive/team-wise performance reports.n
- Monitor sales targets versus actual achievement.n
- Track customer follow-ups and lead conversion through CRM.n
- Analyze project-wise and channel-wise sales performance.n

n4. Finance & Collection MIS

- Monitor project-wise revenue, receivables, and collections.n
- Prepare outstanding and collection ageing reports.n
- Track booking advances, customer payments, and pending collections.n
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for accurate financial data.n
- Provide management with cash-flow and collection-related MIS.n
