nResponsibilities:

- Candidate will be responsible for driving Payroll operations with Payroll vendors across 4-5 countries.n
- Candidate will be responsible for performing partner payout calculations, managing partner payments across 4-5 countriesn
- Providing inputs & reviewing outputs with Payroll vendors to ensure flawless payroll processing each month.n
- Responsible for Management reporting qua Payroll & Partner payouts.n
- Managing statutory compliances related to role.n
- Handling Statutory Audit related requirements for payroll and partner payouts, coordinating with auditors.n
- Ensuring monthly book closure, right accounting & completeness of books with relation to payroll and partner payouts.n
- Coordinating with Banking peers as required for payments and reporting.n
